Cancel Orders

You can cancel orders you have saved or paid for in IRIS BioStore Bookings.

Orders cannot be cancelled through IRIS BioStore Bookings on the date or if the date is in the past. For more information and to request cancellation of an order, contact your child's school.

1. From Home or Students, for the relevant student, select Order.
2. Find and select the date of the order you want to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Order.

The amount of the cancelled order is either refunded to the student's account balance or the payment method used. If you have questions about refunds, contact your child's school.
