Report Problems

If something goes wrong with IRIS BioStore Bookings, report the issue to IRIS Software Group so we can investigate.

  1. Go to Settings, then select Report a Problem.
  2. Choose the problem type.
  3. Add any additional information about the problem.
  4. Send the details.

To report issues relating to students or menus not being displayed, or payment and refunds, contact your child's school directly.
