Forgotten My Password

Resetting your password updates your sign in details for your IRIS Identity account. The new password must be used for all IRIS Software Group products you use your IRIS Identity account for.

When signing in to IRIS BioStore Bookings, select Forgotten your password?. A reset password email is sent to your registered email. When received, select the link and follow the steps.
