Confirm Student Date of Birth

After activating your account or signing in to IRIS BioStore Bookings for the first time, to start ordering meals, you must verify your identity by confirming the date of birth of each student you are linked to.

1. For the student, select Order.

2. Enter the student's date of birth.

   The date of birth must match the date the school have on the student record.

3. Select Verify.

Not able to verify your identity?
If the Date of birth entered does not match the details the school entered. warning is displayed, contact your child's school to check and update the details.
